Unfortunately, I cannot rate the necklace since it has not reached me yet, even after 15 days of waiting. I also contacted your customer support with the request to double check the progress of the shipping and also to double check if some information was maybe missing (adding also my address and the phone number). I've got the reply in broken english that I should be waiting for the parcel and provided with the company which is responsible to deliver the parcel at my end. That was it. After some days, I decided to look for my parcel by myself and I found out that the crucial info (the telephone number) was missing, that's why the parcel was not delivered. And yet, I am not sure if it will reach me at all. I am sure that the necklace will be amazing, but I am very disappointed by the shipping experience (I also paid for it) and I am afraid, I won't be shopping online at Ti Sento Milano, because the shipping terms are just too long, and I have to invest too much of my time.
