On January 23rd I received a message that the package could not be delivered due to incorrect address. I checked - everything was ok , I was home and didn't receive any notice in my post box. After many calls - to our post office,to customs office, to Nederland I finally got contact to the delivery company,DPH - they confirmed they had the package, but couldn't give the exact day of delivery,but I can come and pick it up myself. I still don't understand why this mess happened - I even sent mail to your address and never received an answer. The earrings are beautiful, but I will think twice before ordering by mail again.
