U kunt een ring die u al draagt gebruiken door deze langs een liniaal te leggen en de exacte binnenmaat in millimeters bepalen.
Draagt u nog geen ring, dan kunt u met een meetlint de omtrek van uw vinger bepalen in millimeters. 


De binnendiameter is in de maattabel aangeduid als EU, de omtrek in millimeters vindt u ook terug in de tabel.
